Before you request help from the Tech Office, try the Fix-it Tutorials section. If you can fix it yourself, your Chromebook will be back in working condition much faster than waiting for the Tech Office to call you or for walk-in office hours.
If you are still having problems with your device, please submit a ticket or take it to the Tech Office (room N213) during office hours:
Regular Hours: 2:30PM - 4:00PM
Tuesdays (PD) Hours: 1:30PM - 4:00PM
