Tech Aide of the IT Office.
I am here to help the students during our walk in hours from 8:30am - 10:30am in Room N213.
Unfortunately, we are rarely in the office outside of office hours we ask Staff to send students in need of tech-assistance only during office hours or submit a ticket for them. Students with a submitted ticket will be called out of class as soon as we get a chance.
*Parents feel free to email with any concerns !
Any student in the Village can have a ticket submitted by a parent/guardian or teacher for them. Someone from our team will help them out in their classroom for safety reasons.
