Parent Welcome Packet

Welcome to Foshay Learning Center. Below is all the information needed to access the resources your student needs to succeed. 
 
  • The Parent Center requires 2-3 days for the information to show up in the system that is necessary to help parents sign up for Parent Portal.
 
  • The IT Office requires 2-3 days for the information to show up in the system that is necessary to set up a student's account and to assign a device to their account. Please read the packet and fill out the Device Policy Acknowledgement & Agreement form (the last page below) and turn it in when picking up your student's device. 
  • Student ID if you are newly enrolled please fill out an ID Request form with Ms. Jessica; If your student has lost their ID they must fill out a lost ID form, take it to the student store, and pay replacement fee of $5 before receiving a new one.
