Memoir I remember we would have school assemblies and they would consist of some info and a talent show by the students. I remember singing in one of them. We had this terrible group we called the Heart Beats. It was Johnny Williams, Richard Buckner, Floyd Henderson and me, Adrian Jefferson. That was back in the day when everybody was into pink and black. We had blue polka dot shirts with a big read heart sewn on it. We thought we were cool. We sang DooWop. I'm sure it was terrible but we didn't think so then.
