Every 3 seconds someone needs blood, yet less than 5% of the population donates. That is not enough! Be a good citizen and donate blood! You may sign up with Ms. Hoffman or one of her students. All donors will receive a complimentary gift!

Before donating:

Be in good health
Bring a valid photo ID
Be at least 17 years old
Weigh at least 110 lbs.
Drink plenty of water
Eat a nutritious meal
No tattoos within the last 12 months
