I had a project that we were going to do today. I spent money and time on it, but the students were not behaving so I went ahead and stopped it. As a consequence they will have to learn what we were going to do from the book. The homework is out of their Science textbook page 90-97, questions 1-14 on page 97. They also need to turn in Cornell Notes for the section they are reading.

We will be designing and building water rockets this week. I asked students to bring 1, 1-liter bottle water (empty), preferably a Smart Water bottle per group. They will also need to bring a tennis ball, doesn't need to be a new ball. We will try to finish these rockets by Friday, October 4, and launch them after school from 3:15- 4:15. All are welcome. THEY WILL ONLY BE BUILDING 1 ROCKET PER TEAM.
