Dear Parents and Students,

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! My name is Mr. Oropeza, and I am thrilled to continue my journey as your 6th-grade Math and Science teacher at Foshay Learning Center. With 16 years of teaching experience—14 of those here at Foshay—I am committed to fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment for all students.

This year, we will embark on an exciting exploration of scientific phenomena and work diligently to strengthen our mathematical skills. Our curriculum is designed to be interactive and thought-provoking, encouraging students to ask questions, solve problems, and think critically.

Given our emphasis on digital learning, it is essential for students to bring their laptops to class every day. This will enable us to utilize various online resources and tools that enhance our educational experience.
