Constitutional Law

Course Description: The Constitutional Law course is designed for 12th Grade students to gain a comprehensive understanding of the United States Constitution and its impact on our legal system. Through engaging discussions, critical analysis, and case studies, students will explore the fundamental principles and doctrines of constitutional law. We will examine our Rights ( Amendments), Land Mark Supreme Court cases where violation of rights have been questioned and courts decisions based on their interpretation of Constitutional Law. We will further examine over turned Supreme Courts cases and analyze and compare difference interpreting the law.
