here is what to expect when you go take your covid-19 test do the Los Angeles Unified testing program after scheduling an appointment a visit to a Los Angeles Unified testing site is a fast and friendly experience this video will help you and your student prepare for is it and understand the testing process please come prepared with identification your appointment confirmation and employee number or your child's student ID number at the registration desk you will pick up your test kit and proceed to the testing area one of our nurses will greet you help you self administer or assist you with the testing process if needed but just involved gently rubbing the interior of each nostril for 15 seconds the nurse will hand you the Swap and asked you to gently rotated around the interior of each nostril when you are done Schwab back to the nurse will place it in a test tube for packaging it's that simple you will receive your results within 24 to 48 hours via email we have many resources and a frequently Asked question document available on our covid-19 webpage thank you for participating
