Hello,

Welcome to Mr. Figueroa Physical Education Page. I am excited to be part of the Foshay Learning Center school team. I graduated from California State University Dominguez Hills & Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, a Single Subject Teaching Credential in Physical Education and a Master’s Degree in Education. I grew up in Compton, CA and I have been teaching for the last 7 years in the inner cities of South Central, Watts & Compton. I’ve worked with elementary, middle and high school students. I been teaching at Foshay Learning Center since 2020 and I been the head soccer coach since 2021. I look forward to working with you all this school year and helping your child achieve all their academic goals.
