How about implementing a new way to go places without damage to the planet or out of your wallet? A fixie is a new urban bike that many kids as well as adults are trying out. It also provides a short workout.

How to Train Your Dragon by Gabi Hernandez How to Train Your Dragon follows Hiccup, a Viking teenager who lives on a desolate island where fighting dragons is what separates the men from the boys. To Stoick the Vast, Hiccup is definitely still a boy. However, he's now reached the age where he must face the rite of passage of slaying a dragon. The problem is that Hiccup lacks the both the nerve and physical ability to do it.As the village's unluckiest and most accident-prone citizen, Hiccup has no real friends save for maybe the blacksmith Gobber, who also serves as the dragon training instructor. Hiccup soon finds himself at a crossroads when he begins dragon training with the other youths in his tribe -- Astrid, Fishlegs, Snotlout, and twins Ruffnut and Tuffnut -- even as he secretly befriends and cares for a wounded dragon which he names Toothless.
How to train your dragon was released on March 26, 2010. Since its opening weekend it has made $158,251,066. The movie is 2D and 3D; it is rated PG and if you like animated movies this is a movie you have to see.
Will Lebron James leave Cleveland? by Gabriel Flores Lebron James is an incredible NBA All-Star who plays for the Cleveland Cavilers, Eastern team and the USA national team. He is very unique because he can dunk, shoot, and even dribble the ball. Lebron James is currently ranking # 2 as the best player in the NBA. Kobe Bryant from the Los Angeles Lakers is ranking #1. The reason Lebron James wants to leave the Cavs is because he things that he is an unrestricted free agent. He also thinks that there is no younger talent other than him. Everybody else is experienced and there is no other talent. James is thinking to make his move to the New York Knicks. The only reason he probably won’t join New York is because the roster is awful right now. Lebron also said that the fans are killing the players with the talent. An example is that the fans base can either kill players or make players; they treated Ewing like garbage until he showed them off. He doesn’t want to be one of those players, but he still hasn’t made his decision. People are saying where he is going but he doesn’t even know what team to go to. Mostly like he said that he will stay with the Cleveland Cavs because they have a well organized team, but the only problem is that there is no younger talent other than him.
Well-done Meat Doubles Bladder Cancer Risk by Kevin Chavez In an article on the BBC website, researchers say red meat grilled or barbecued until the meat is charred can contain cancer chemicals. The study shows that well-done red meat can develop bladder cancer based 1,700, people at the US cancer research conference. The researchers at The University of Texas found out that steak, pork chops, and bacon was found are at high risk. Other foods such as chicken and fish when they are fired can have a high risk of cancer.
The three major causes of chemicals together heterocyclic amines can raise cancer by 2 1/2, which is pretty shocking. Cancer experts still need to research more on this topic to prove if well-done meat can cause bladder cancer, also meat takes about twelve hours to digest and imagine if people eat it on regular bases. Dr. Panagiota Mitrou suggests that the consumption of red- meat should me minimal a limit of 500g (cooked weight) and to avoid process meat.
The UK Food Standard Agency said to reduce the risk of the chemicals by not allowing the flames to touch the meat when you are barbecuing and/or chilling. Another way is that the meat should be cooked as lower temperatures for a long period of time.
Glee by Natasha Sanker Do you find yourself singing constantly, watching multiple episodes of Glee, and wishing you could sing? If you do then you’re a Gleek like me. As we all know the “Glee” phenomenon has taken over. Everywhere I go someone is talking about the show. I can see why, it's music filled. The glee club performs everything from pop to classic soul. “Glee” is considered to be one of the most successful musical T.V shows, because it has succeeded where other musical T.V. shows have failed. Critics say it’s because the show is focused on a glee club where there job is to sing versus other show where the students just start singing for no particular reason. Glee is a fun entertaining show that reflects a loser Glee club’s rise to popularity. The show is on Fox channel 11 on Tuesdays and starts at 9:00pm.
Prom 2010 by Samantha Cubias This year prom of 2010 was held downtown at the Wells Fargo building; it was on the 55th floor. The view was beautiful - we got to see all of downtown. The food ... well don’t get me started. It was adequate, but the dessert was delicious. We had many different choices. There was raspberry chocolate cake, coffee cake, chocolate and pistachio bread, cream pie and many more. The dance floor was so crowded thanks to the great music that was played all night. The service was great the people there were so nice and helpful. The space was small but no complaints there - the view made up for everything. Everyone looked amazing at the prom; everyone was united as the class of 2010!
